We are able to perform, neutrally and objectively, an analysis of how the organization works and the needs both of the company and of the people who are part of it.
Methodology: Analyse the organizational context of the company, its processes and procedures and the pertinence to these / Establish the extent to which job descriptions, definitions of responsibility and the existing organigramme fit with each other / Highlight areas of discordance, dissatisfaction and weakness within the existing organization / On the basis of our findings define what needs to be done to successfully bring about the required change and improvement to the company’s organization.
