Coaching may focus on topics like: Handling transition and times of change well / Increasing professional efficiency / Solving a professional problem, either recurrent or one-off / Easing integration into a company or into a team.
Methodology: Definition of the objectives and clarification of roles with the person to be coached, his manager and the employer / Analyse the problems which the person faces / Understand the way the person works and his professional context / Presentation and discussion of ideas relating to the problems / Apply the instruments designed to improve the competencies lacking / Experimentation using true-to-life situations / Evaluation of the process according to the pre-defined criteria.
